3rd Annual Gold Ribbon Horse Show
Who doesn’t like a success story? Well McLaughlin Ribbon Award is giving MAJOR shouts out to SCQHA Queen Amy Brown for her recent horse show fundraising endeavor called the Gold Ribbon Open Horse Show. Amy who was also crowned All American Congress Queen in October 2016 and attends UNC Charlotte held the horse show to benefit Nellie’s Champions for Kids. This is the 3rd year for this event and it has grown larger and larger each year! Sponsors stepped up to provide outstanding prizes and riders from all over came to make this year’s event the largest yet. This year the event raised $3,038.00 for NC4K (or Nellie’s Champions for Kids) which is an organization that helps kids and families going through the long and difficult journey of pediatric cancers.
